Preparing For Your Leak Detection
Leak Detection Service Requirements
To ensure a smooth and effective leak detection process for your pool or spa, please adhere to the following requirements:
- Water Clarity: The pool water must be clear and free from algae. If your pool water is green or yellow, it is unsafe for human occupancy, please have this cleaned and treated prior to inspection. We need to clearly see the bottom to inspect the entirety of your pool.
- Pool Type: We only service gunite/cement or fiberglass pools. Pool liners are not eligible for this service at this time.
- Animal Safety: Please secure any pets to ensure their safety and the safety of our technicians.
- Access: Provide us with gate access codes and/or add us to your community's visitor list.
- Utilities: Ensure that the power is on and all pool equipment is operational and accessible.
- Water Level: Maintain the pool at normal water levels. Please fill the pool to the appropriate level on the day of inspection.
- Payment: Payment for the service is required in advance. Please use our online booking to schedule your appointment today!
Important Note: Non-compliance with these requirements may lead to the cancellation of your appointment (cancellation fee may apply), and the inspection will need to be rescheduled.
